My room was lovely, clean and comfortable--the view was breathtaking. Housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed. Plus the location of my room was very convenient, near the elevator which helped me tremendously. My breakfast was tasty and comforting, something I miss when I am traveling. I truly looked forward to waking up every day and relaxing every evening.

It is said that "how you treat people is who you are". Well, you treated me like a Diamond. The Sheraton is very lucky to have you on their team! I hope to see you again soon.
